November 17, 2015 We are a hotel that is aware of the environment it possesses and how important the environment is for us as a tourist destination, hence the fundamental objective of our activity is to offer the best facilities and services with The minimum possible environmental impact.

That is why we publicly commit ourselves to be an example in fulfilling the following principles:

1.- To encourage reuse, recycling and waste management in an environmentally friendly manner.
2.- Make our suppliers, subcontractors, employees, customers and other members of our society participate in our Sustainable Management System, making them participants in it.
3.- Raise awareness and properly train all employees of the hotel on a continuous basis, through courses and training programs related to the improvement of quality and the environment.
4.- Provide our clients with information related to our principles on Sustainable Development and the management we carry out to preserve the local environment and culture. 5.- Evaluate and periodically update our objectives and goals, as well as review, modify and adapt our Management System to the reality of the establishment and destination.
6.- Establish quality standards to guarantee the quality of our products and services.
7.- To train our staff constantly in matters of service, quality, care and conservation of the environment, history, culture of our country and the legislation that applies to us.
8.- To promote the professional growth of our personnel, without making any distinction of gender, religion, ethnicity or political beliefs.
9.- Do not support the sale, traffic or exhibition of pieces and archaeological objects considered cultural heritage.
10.- Support the commercial development of small businesses, micro-enterprises and responsible suppliers.
11.- Adopt measures for the sustainable use of water and energy.
12.- Use biodegradable hygiene and cleaning products.
13.- Take actions to reduce the amount of waste generated and promote the reuse, recycling and disposal of our waste.
14. Take actions to reduce the purchase of individual packaging and the use of disposable containers that can not be recycled or reused.
